Over the last 20 years, WAC has become a trusted ally to in-country partners in Africa, Central America, and South America. We’re well-known for our volunteer trips that deliver clean water access to schools, churches, and villages. Your donation helps to cover the cost of providing long-term, cost-effective solutions to communities with no clean water access. Here are some of the ways your generous gift will be invested:
Water Filters - $100
Provide a family with the ability to purify up to 1000 litres of clean water per day.
Bleachmaker - $1,000
Cover the cost of an inexpensive bleach solution that disinfects and purifies drinking water.
Drilling a Well - $14,000
Give a community their first taste of clean water by drilling a new well.
Handwashing Stations - $500
Save lives by providing a handwashing station to a school, church or village.
Well Repair & Rehabilitation - $2,500
Restore clean drinking water to a community by repairing a broken well.
Drinking Water Station - $750
Sponsor a drinking water station to supply an entire community with safe drinking water.
Water Chlorinator - $2,500
Help us provide a community with up to 40,000 litres of clean, affordable water daily.
We make every effort to allocate your contributions toward areas of greatest need, reserving the right to distribute the funds at our discretion. We will always honour your generosity and use your donation in the most effective way possible.
